BIRD #23 OF 45

Spotted Pardalote

The Spotted Pardalote is one of Australia’s smallest and most colourful birds. Despite its tiny size, it’s often heard before it’s seen, thanks to its distinctive repeated call.

You’ll usually find them high in eucalyptus trees, where they spend their days searching for tiny insects.
