BIRD #28 OF 45
Wandering Albatross
The Wandering Albatross is one of the world’s most impressive seabirds. With the largest wingspan of any living bird, it can glide effortlessly over the Southern Ocean for hours without flapping its wings.
Although it spends most of its life far out at sea, it can sometimes be seen off Australia’s southern coastline.
